My VICTIM partner in crime & new Missingtoof correspondent Basura lays a nice indie/electro/disco pop mix on us. This mix is not mastered or anything, hence the name, just Basura playing around. I pretty much forced him to make a mix for me to post. But this is a little taste of what goes down at our VICTIM parties.

Basura has been djaying for ten years & currently holds two residencies (Atomic & VICTIM) with more residencies yet to be revealed. His electro/idm mixtapes were featured/reviewed in URB magazine in 2001 under his old alias ‘Abstractmode’. The February issue of SPIN magazine said “DJ Basura has turned this rock club into an electro dance haven, spinning Peaches, She Wants Revenge, and Depeche Mode for the cool kids of the South Bay”.

This year Basura will be coming out with limited edition mix cd’s with artwork by me, disaster. Also, Basura makes some mean mash-ups & edits. Hopefully he’ll drop some of his tantalizing personal works on us too.
