The mighty hip hop force that is Spank Rock has teamed up with 19 year Benny Blanco & traded in their Baltimore Orioles hats for some Miami Dolphin jerseys. The group is releasing a very 2 Live Crew inspired EP on October 9th.

I’ve been a fiend waiting for this Thurs since last week. Glad to hear you LA kids finally jumped on the bandwagon!
1st off, who the hell is benny blanco?
2nd, this track is not hot, it’s luke warm, if that. Coming from Spank Rock, i expect so much more. Especially because he’s sampling from 2 Live Crew, this jawn could be so much more hype. I think this song needs to be chewed up, spit out, and cook a little bit more. To put it simply, Spank Rock, get off that pipe, and collab with someone who actually knows what they’re doing. Benny Blanco is bringing you down so much, that you’d probably be better off producing something with Paul McCartney.
I hope the rest of the album doesn’t turn out dry like this track…

don’t get me wrong, it’s still a fun track, but it’s just lacking the energy that i’m normally feelin from Spank Rock. and i peeped that “b.o.o.t.a.y.” jawn and THAT’S the hypeness that i’m talkin about from Spank Rock that i like to see. if the album has more tracks like “b.o.o.t.a.y.”, then i’ll be happy, but if it’s full of debbie downers like “shake that”, then i’ll be hella disappointed.
